1 Introduction and Purpose of These Terms

These "Terms and Conditions" form a legal agreement between h577 and every player who uses the h577 platform and all of its services. The terms stated on this page apply to h577's website, mobile platform, and all related services.

By accessing this platform, registering an account, or playing any game, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use this platform.

h577 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. If you continue to use the website after changes are posted, you are considered to have accepted the updated terms.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Restriction

Only players aged 21 and above may use the h577 platform. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to use this platform. If we find during verification that a player is underage, the account will be closed immediately and any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with the law.

2.2 One Account Per Player Policy

Each player may register and hold one account only. Opening multiple accounts sharing the same IP address, payment method, or personal details is strictly prohibited. If this policy is found to have been violated, we reserve the right to suspend all related accounts and forfeit any bonus funds.

2.3 Accurate Information Required

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. If h577 determines that an account was registered with false information, or that a player has changed their details an unusual number of times in a way that suggests fraud, the account may be closed.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for managing your account password and must not share it with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. h577 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

3.1 Minimum Deposit / Withdrawal Amount

The minimum deposit amount is 20,000 Ks and the minimum withdrawal amount is also 20,000 Ks. Requests below these amounts will not be processed.

3.2 Payment Methods

h577 currently supports the following payment methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. Transactions can be made directly in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) through these methods.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes after approval. However, processing times are not guaranteed and may take longer due to bank checks or security verification.

3.4 Withdrawal Verification

When requesting a withdrawal, you must be able to confirm that the funds were won through actual gameplay on the h577 platform. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required as part of our anti-money laundering measures. If you refuse to complete the verification, your withdrawal may be suspended.

3.5 Fraud and Chargebacks

Requesting a chargeback after a deposit has been made is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and legal action may be taken.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

h577's welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks. For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 20,000 Ks bonus and can play with a total of 40,000 Ks.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

Before you can withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 10x the bonus amount. For example — a bonus of 20,000 Ks requires 20,000 × 10 = 200,000 Ks in wagers before withdrawal. If you deposit 1,020,000 Ks and receive a 500,000 Ks bonus, you must wager 500,000 × 10 = 5,000,000 Ks.

4.3 Eligible Games for Bonus Wagering

The amount counted toward the wagering requirement may differ depending on the game type. If you do not complete the wagering requirement within the bonus period, the bonus will be forfeited. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which can be found on the relevant promotion page.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

If h577 finds that a player has intentionally abused the bonus system, h577 reserves the right to void the bonus and any related winnings, and to close the account.

5 Game Rules and Fairness

5.1 Game Results

All game outcomes on h577 are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, meaning no one can predict the result in advance. h577 guarantees that all gameplay is transparent and fair.

5.2 Disconnection During Play

If you lose your internet connection during a game, the last result recorded by the server will be treated as the official outcome. h577 is not liable for any losses caused by disconnection.

5.3 Server Errors

If a technical fault or server error causes an incorrect payout, h577 reserves the right to remove those payouts. Voided payout amounts will not be refunded.

5.4 Void Games

If a game is declared void due to a technical issue, a procedural violation, or incorrect game settings, the player's original bet amount will be returned.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited while using the h577 platform—

• Attempting to obtain bonuses through illegitimate means (bonus abuse / arbitrage)
• Using software or bots to automate gameplay
• Intentional exploitation of server vulnerabilities
• Opening more than one account to claim bonuses
• Using third-party software that violates game rules or agreements
• Activities intended for money laundering
• Using the platform for third-party commercial purposes

Please be aware that if any of the above behaviour is detected, h577 will immediately close the account and forfeit any remaining balance without notice.

7 VIP Level Service Terms

h577's VIP programme has 4 levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. You can move up based on your betting volume and activity, and cashback rates differ by level—

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

VIP cashback is paid as bonus funds and can only be withdrawn after the relevant wagering requirements are met. h577 may review VIP levels at any time and demote them if requirements are not maintained.

8 Personal Information and Security

Payment information is not stored directly on h577's servers; it is handled through secure third-party payment providers.

9 Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 h577's Right to Close Accounts

If a breach of these terms is found, h577 may immediately close the account and forfeit funds without prior notice. This includes fraud, suspected money laundering, bonus abuse, and providing false information.

9.2 Self-Closure by the Player

If you wish to close your account yourself, log in via h577 Login and contact the support team. If a balance remains but the bonus wagering requirement has not been met, those bonus funds will be forfeited.

10 Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

h577 does not guarantee the availability of games, server uptime, or uninterrupted service. The platform is used by players on an "as-is" basis, and h577 is not responsible for in-game losses, losses caused by connection failures, or third-party service faults.

Please note that by the nature of gambling, the maximum amount a player can lose is limited to the funds they have deposited to play.

11 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, the player is considered to have agreed that h577's decision is final.

12 Terms Amendment and Notification

h577 may amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page and the "Last Updated" date will be revised. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is considered acceptance of the updated terms.
